Maou na Ore to Fushihime no Yubiwa ch.10 RELEASE!!

February 20, 2015 at 3:06 pm 16 comments

Chiharu woke up with his hands bound together behind him, it was no surprise to him because he’s been in similar situations before with Manami, only this time it’s not Manami who’s on the offensive. What will happen to Chiharu? Is he finally going to be raped? And where is Manami? Read it to find the answers to these burning questions.

You can get it HERE, or from the Mirror HERE, or read it in it’s full unadulterated version HERE!!

It’s been a busy week, heck! It’s been a busy month!! Many of you guys are still wondering, why the slow releases?? Especially this series? The answer is the same as the ones I have posted on previous posts and releases.

It’s on a handy image format so that I can just put it up as many times needed. It’s the glaring fact that we don’t have many dedicated translators, and let’s face it, we’re not rich enough to pay for translators for each of our projects. We are open for collab projects tho. And all the projects that are on our list are NOT DROPPED! We post the projects we have dropped, we just don’t stop, we’re just understaffed with translators. I hope that’s clear enough for many of you guys. We will keep on working with the projects we have started and finish them, it’s so unmanly to stop in the middle of something you have started. We keep true to our promise, we’ll finish the projects even if we have to crawl and claw our way to the finish. If you guys want faster releases, help us translate, if you can translate, HELP US! You can’t translate but has tons of money, help us pay for translators! You know somebody who can translate? Ask them to help!! There are many ways to help and whining and bitching is not helping. Right now, we’re like a marathon runner without legs, we’re crawling. It’s slow, but we’re getting there.

    Thanks for the release.

Just for the record, the one who was leaving was Chiharu. Kyouko’s mom is a housewive, while Chiharu’s mom is a working divorcée. It’s true that Kyouko had moved several times before, but that was because of her DAD’s work.

Hmn… I’m not sure about that tho, because in chapter 7 kyoko mentioned that she moved in town because of her Mom’s work which was for a year. (, meaning that her family only stayed in town for just a year. And now, in chapter 10 ( Chiharu mentions that Kyoko’s mom’s work was only for a year. And on chapter 13 (page 12, the continuation of the flashback), it mentions that Kyoko moved out before the Saegusa Festival, with consideration to chapter 7 and 10 both mentioning that kyoko’s Mom’s work was only for one year, I say the time frame perfectly fits. Kyoko moved in town before the Saegusa Festival and she moved out before the Saegusa festival exactly one year later. If it was Chiharu who moved out in chapter 10, it will contradict both chapter 7 and 13. Though Chiharu’s mother is a single working parent, it was never mentioned once in the manga that they moved. Although it’s possible that Kyoko’s mother could have been an ordinary housewife, but her absence in the manga could also suggest that she’s the one working and kyoko’s father is the one taking care of things in the house.

That is for my observation at least.

I’m taking it from the novel. From what I know, both Chiharu and Kyouko had been moving, one because of his mom’s work and the other because of her dad’s. AFAIK the one who moved here was Chiharu, then came back without his mom; I’ll have to check it.

Checked. There’s a mistranslation on chapter 7. The subject of “move away” (and it’s “away”, not “in”) is “Haru”. The correct translation of that b ubble is something on the line of “Come to think of it, it was around this time that Haru moved away, right?” and the nex bubble is “Well, in elementary school, due to your mom’s job, for a year…”

In chapter 10, the bubble says something like “It’s just a year, due to mom’s job.”

        Aww… that’s cute he can translate :3
You know these guys were looking for able-bodied translators to help with this project, right? Can I ask you something, where were you when they needed help?? After this had gone on for many chapters only now you come out nitpicking, isn’t that unfair? If only you were there to make sure that the TL was right during the early stages, we won’t be having this conversation are we? Well, what’s done is done and so far it has worked with the story as far as I can see. If you want to nitpick, you’ll notice a lot of changes like the full names of Zonmi, Noel, or even Clay (they translated it as Claree), the Black Tamers (they were called Malicious Tamers for some reason) so many things to nitpick. Anyway if you feel wronged for the mistranslation, you may be partly to blame because you know you can do something, but you didn’t. It’s just like being in the situation where you could have saved somebody from being hit by a truck, and yet you chose to stand there and just watch. Think about that before you go to sleep >:)

I don’t usually have the time to do it, only recently I’ve been able to do something, but not much. Had I had the time, I would have gladly offered a helping hand (like I intended the first comment to be).

If you want, I could help you with the rest of the series, then move to another (as long as chapters are not very long or kanji-heavy and under the understanding that this availability is transient).

      • 14. B-Werx  |  March 13, 2015 at 7:10 pm

        Wow, that would be great.
We do need volunteer translators for projects that are taking too long to get translated.

I’m downloading the test right now.
